Heard Ms. Sheetal Kumar, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. Ameya Dange, the learned Counsel appearing through video conferencing for the Respondent No.2 and Mr. Nakhwa, the learned APP appearing for the State. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to the FIR. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 also made his submissions. The investigation is still in progress. At this stage, it is not possible to give finding in favour of either of the parties merely based on the allegations in the FIR. Learned APP states that appropriate police report will be filed within a period of four weeks

Based on this statement, the learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this petition at this stage, however, she seeks liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law if and when the police report is filed.
