Learned counsel for Petitioner states that in this case the charge-sheet is filed. This Petition is filed for quashing of FIR. Due to change in the circumstances and on the written instructions she seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. She has tendered copy of the message received by her from the client. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of this statement, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make an application for discharge before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. If such an application is made, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law without being influenced by withdrawal of this Petition. 2.
