This is a quashing Petition by consent. We have perused the terms of settlement. The matter is settled for Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) between the parties. There is absolutely no provision made for the son of the Petitioner No.1.

The father of the child is present before the Court. He stated that he would consider making some reasonable provision for the same.
