By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R.No. 142 of 2010, with the Amboli Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 143, 144, 147, 149 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Wakodikar 1/2

Mr. Konde Deshmukh, learned Addl.P.P, on instructions, states that although the petitioner has been named in the FIR, during the course of investigation, his complicity was not seen. He submits that since the petitioner's complicity is not seen, the Police will be filing a 169 report. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.
