Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner-Accused No.5. 2.

There is challenge to the order of issuance of process for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act dated 18th September 2018. The merits of the case are kept aside. Even particulars of offence are not recorded. The only reason which is not appealing to my conscious is long delay in approaching this Court. Petition is filed almost after 6 years. In fact I was about to dismiss the petition. He seeks time to take instructions. 3.

Hence, matter be listed on 29th July 2025 for 'dismissal' if any. The Petitioner is at liberty to argue the matter.
