The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the present matter is filed by the sister-in-law of the complainant. It is submitted that the parties have settled the dispute before the trial Court. Therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition since D.V. Application has been withdrawn by the complainant by the order dated 16 May 2024. 2.
The order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 61st Court, Kurla, Mumbai allowing withdrawal of the complaint is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the withdrawal of the complaint, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition. Writ petition is disposed off as infructuous.
