Learned APP pointed out that during the period when the petitioner was one of the partners of the partnership firm that was developing the concerned project, there was one more victim by name Hunny Wadhwani. Therefore, it is necessary to hear the grievance of that victim as well.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seek leave to amend to add the said person as a party respondent.

Leave to amend for that purpose is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
