Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the charges in this case are already framed, therefore, he prays for unconditional withdrawal of this petition. However, he seeks liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law to challenge the order of framing of the charge. Permission is granted. 2.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law to challenge the charges which are already framed. If such proceedings are preferred they shall be decided in accordance with law on merits without being influenced by the withdrawal of this petition.
