2) Mr. Dave, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Consent Terms dated 26th September, 2023, executed between the parties herein and filed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2012 of 2023 before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, the Petitioners were and are ready and willing to comply with their part of obligation. He submitted that, as a matter of fact, in pursuance of clause No.5 of the said Consent Terms on 27th February, 2024 his clients have informed through email to the Respondent No.2 that, on 29th February, 1/2
ssm 33-wp2221.2024.doc 2024, the Petitioners will transfer the last installment of Rs.25 lacks through RTGS, however the Respondent No.2 is now demanding exorbitant amount, other than what was agreed to be paid by the Petitioners. He submitted that, the Petitioners are today also ready and willing to perform their part of obligation as per the covenants of the Consent Terms dated 26th September, 2023.
3) At the request of leaned Advocate for the Petitioners, stand over to 16th August, 2024.
