1) At the outset, learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Police Inspector Mr. Vilas Bhosle, attached to D.B. Marg Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the Police have filed Chargesheet on 13th September 2024, in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class 18th Court, Girgaon, Mumbai and the said case is numbered as C.C. No.460/PW/2024.
2) In view thereof, the learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court. 2.1) Leave and liberty granted.
