The petitioner prays for the following reliefs: - "a) Rule be issued;

b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the FIR and Proceedings arising out of C.R. No.617 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023 registered with Ulhasnagar Police Station, Dist. Thane on any such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. c) That the pending the hearing and final disposal of the present petition this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the investigation officer to not to file charge sheet against the petitioner in the interest of justice; d) Interim and/or Ad-Interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (c) above may be granted;

e) Any such further and other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature & circumstances of the present case." 2.

Mr. Pratik Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of the remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
