By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the FIR registered vide C.R.No.11 of 2021 with the Colaba Police Station, Mumbai.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the Police had filed a 'C' Summary Report in the said case on 26th July, 2024. Learned APP has tendered a report dated 23rd September, 2025 evidencing the same. The said report is taken on record. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
