The Petitioner seeks quashing of the C.R.No.4/2024 registered at Tardeo Police Station u/s 120-B, 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the FIR is lodged by the API, EOW, Unit-10, Mumbai, however, the allegations are that the Petitioner claimed certain bills which were paid by the Municipal Corporation, MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Greater Mumbai. Therefore, it is necessary to implead the MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2024.12.10 12:04:55 +0530 Municipal Corporation, Greater Mumbai, as a necessary party Respondent.

The Petitioner is granted leave to amend to add the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, as a party Respondent No.3. It shall be done within a period of two weeks from today.
