The Petitioner seeks quashing of the C.R.No.4/2024 registered at Tardeo Police Station u/s 120-B, 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the FIR is lodged by the API, EOW, Unit-10, Mumbai, however, the allegations are that the Petitioner claimed certain bills which were paid by the Municipal Corporation, Greater Mumbai. Therefore, it is necessary to implead the Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:
