By this Petition, the Petitioner amongst other reliefs seeks quashing and setting aside of the FIR registered vide CR No.166 of 2022, registered with the Wadala Truck Terminal Police Station, Mumbai (now transferred to 'EOW' Mumbai, renumbered as CR No. 24 of 2024) on 05.04.2022, for the offences punishable under Sections - 34, 406, 420, 455, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP on instructions states that after investigation, chargesheet has been filed in the said case. She however, states that the Petitioner, Kiran Motors, Maharashtra, has not been named as an accused in the said case. 4.

Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP on instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to pursue prayer clauses 'c' and 'e' before the appropriate Court. 2/3

The petition is accordingly disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
