P.C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP submitted that, the trial of the present crime is practically on the verge of completion. That, recording of the evidence of prosecution witnesses is completed and the trial Court has kept the said case for recording the statements of Petitioners under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on 28th June 2024. 2) As the Petitioners have very belatedly approached this Court after awakening from the deep slumber and as the trial of the present case is on the verge of completion, we are not inclined to exercise our discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in favour of Petitioners.

2.1) Petition is accordingly dismissed.
