On mentioning, the learned APP, Ms Kaushik has invited our attention to the fact that the condition of reporting to the police station has not been inadvertently mentioned in the order. The learned counsel, Ms Ansari has no objection for inclusion of this condition and in fact, it was inadvertently missed out in the order. The order passed on 13.06.2024 therefore stand corrected to the following effect "the applicant shall report to Naya Nagar Police Station, Mira Road, District Thane, on each day when he avail his parole leave between 05:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m."
