It is therefore, requested that the proceedings be adjourned, with a clear understanding that the arrangement recorded in the earlier orders, permitting the petitioner to avail the weekend access of the child i.e. Saturday and Sunday, shall continue subject to the same terms and conditions.

Though a longer adjournment is sought for, we deem it appropriate to list the proceedings on 27/1/2025 under the caption 'directions', so as to assess the progress of the talks of settlement.
