DATED : 2nd AUGUST, 2024 (In chamber) P.C:- We have interacted with the petitioner and the respondent no.2 in Chamber and after due deliberation, they have arrived at the following consensus :- (i) The petitioner Sahil Gilani is permitted to avail access of the child in New Delhi on every Saturday and Sunday at Tilak
2/2 WP 2364-24.doc flexible timings according to the routine which the child follows and in this regard, it shall be decided by the mother. (ii) The child is permitted to be taken to the place of the petitioner's aunt i.e. Ms.Bharati Suneja, at Shukrana Farms, 3rd Avenue, DLF, Chhatarpur Farms, New Delhi 110070. (iii) The child shall be dropped at the above address along with the nurse.
(iv) The Petitioner father shall avail the access of the child for four hours, but for any reason if the child is uncomfortable to continue the access, it shall either be suspended or aborted for that day.
As far as the video access is concerned, it is agreed that the same shall be availed by the petitioner and his family members for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening hours before the child goes to bed, via nurse's phone. Since the parties have agreed to the aforesaid arrangement, we deem it appropriate to re-notify the proceedings on 23/8/2024 at 2.00 p.m in the chambers.
