DATED : 23rd AUGUST, 2024 (In chamber) P.C:- In continuation with the previous order passed by us, today, we are informed by the learned senior counsel Mr.Haresh Salve, representing the respondent no.2, that the access directed by this Court was not smooth and some serious issues had cropped up.

2/2 WP 2364-24.doc Though the learned counsel for the petitioner dispute this statement, since the previous order was passed by us by consent, and the respondent no.2 is not ready to extend the consent any further, barring the video access which was permitted by us twice in a day, till we hear the petition, the order allegedly passed by consent, is not held to be binding. We deem it appropriate to list the proceedings for hearing on merits on 3/9/2024 at 10.00 a.m.
In the interregnum, we permit the petitioner to avail the access of the child at the residence of respondent no.2 on Saturdays, keeping the timings of the access flexible as per the convenience and the schedule of the child.
