P.C.:- 1) The Investigating Officer is not giving proper answers to the questions put by this Court and is making self-contradictory statements, which cannot be accepted in the eyes of law.

2) However, in view of the fact that the Investigating Officer has issued a Notice under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the Petitioner No.1 and Mr. Shreyash Shriniwasan, the said persons to attend the Investigating Officer on the stipulated date and to provide necessary documents as called for by the said Notice for the purpose of investigation. 3) Stand over to 27th June 2024.

4) Ad-interim relief granted by Order dated 16th May 2024 to continue till then.
