Mr.Venegaonkar the learned Public Prosecutor seeks some time and we are inclined to accommodate him. However, considering the exigency expressed by Mr.Ponda, learned senior counsel, we deem it appropriate to list the petition for hearing on 20th June, 2024.

The learned Senior Counsel Mr.Ponda seek liberty to amend prayer clause (b) so as to furnish the copy of the order dated 5th June, 2024 and also the further order dated 12th June, 2024. Liberty, as prayed for is granted. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.
