As far as the interim relief is concerned, the Respondent No.1 is directed to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Ratnagiri on or before 15th day of each succeeding month. First such payment be made on or before 15th May 2025.

The Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the said amount as and when deposited by the Respondent No.1.

In the facts and circumstances, the hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited.
