Learned counsel for the parties, on instructions, state that they are ready to make an effort to resolve the matter through a Mediator.

Accordingly, Mr. S. P. Kulkarni, Retired District Judge, Kolhapur is appointed as a Mediator to mediate between the parties in respect of the dispute between them. 6th May 2025

The parties shall remain present before the Mediator initially on 15th May 2025 and thereafter, the Mediator shall be at liberty to conduct the mediation proceeding as per his convenience and convenience of the parties.

The fees of the Mediator shall be shared by both the parties in equal proportions.

Stand over to 14th July 2025.

6.

The Registry to transmit this order to the Mediator forthwith.

7.

The Mediator is requested to submit his report on or before the next date.
