This petition challenges the order issuing notice in the DV proceedings. The impugned order is on page 91 of the petition which records only "Issue Notice to Respondent Nos.1-4". I do not see any reason to entertain this petition by invoking powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the petition is dismissed.

Needless to record that, the petitioner is always at liberty to raise their contentions before the learned Magistrate by filing an appropriate reply.
