Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the petition, since the petitioner has an efficacious remedy in preferring the revision before the Sessions Court, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file Revision Application before the Court of Sessions. 3.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.

If the revision application is filed within a period of four weeks from today the Revisional Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
