In view of this, learned counsel for Petitioner does not press this Petition. 2) Therefore, Petition is disposed of, as not pressed. 3) However, if in future, the Summary Report is not accepted by the learned Magistrate or the Investigating Agency wants to proceed against the Petitioner in connection with the present subject 1/2
