Considering the aforesaid, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw all the petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions seeking to challenge not only to the FIR but also the chargesheet and cognizance if any, taken.

Petitions are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear, that we have not gone into the merits of the petitions and as such, all contentions of all parties, on merits, are kept open.
