Ms. Pradhan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. She states that, she be permitted to file an application before the learned Trial Court seeking recall of the PW-1 in PMLA Special Case No.1 of 2014.

Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. Consequently, order dated 20th February, 2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (CBI), City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai, below Exhibit-200 in PMLA Special Case No.1 of 2014 stand confirmed.

However, the Petitioner i.e. Original Accused No.3 is granted leave to file an application for recall of PW-1. If such application is filed, the same be considered on it's own merits.
