1) At the outset, learned A.P.P. on instructions from the WPSI Ms. Savita Kale, attached to Ranjangaon Police Station, Pune, submitted that, investigation of the present crime is concluded and the Police have reached to the conclusion that, 'B-Summary' Report to be filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction. That, the higher authorities have already approved filing of 'B-Summary' Report and it will be filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

2) In view thereof, the Petition for quashing of C.R. No.114 of 2024 dated 23rd February 2024, registered with Ranjangaon M.I.D.C.
