On perusal of the Petition, we deem it appropriate to have response of the National Investigating Agency which is impleaded as Respondent No. 1 since the Petition seek multiple reliefs and the primary relief being his production, in the background that he has been wrongly detained in connection with Special Case No. 1090 of 2021, which is presently being investigated by Respondent No. 1.

We deem it appropriate to grant four weeks time to fle R.V.Patil
