The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would place the documents indicating that the Petitioner had not subjected himself to the jurisdiction of the Court in Germany, along with a short Affidavit. Let such Affidavit with documents with pagination in continuation with the Petition paper book, be tendered within two weeks.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No. 2 mother, submits that a final Order has been passed by the concerned Court in Germany handing over the absolute custody of the child to the mother. He submits that he would place this Order and other documents along with a translation and a short Affidavit with pagination in continuation, within three weeks. 5.
