On 04/09/2025, the matter was listed again and the Division Bench had observed that the arguments of the litigating parties had concluded on 19/08/2025 after they tendered written notes. The Division Bench further observed that the matter was listed on 04/09/2025 since there were certain queries that the Court had. Then in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 there are certain directions for filing of the affidavit. In the last paragraph it was directed that the Petition was to be listed on 29/09/2025.

The previous orders clearly stated that the judgment was reserved. Therefore, we do not deem it proper to hear this matter, as the propriety demands that the order dated 19/08/2025 passed by the other Division Bench and the order dated 04/09/2025 seeking clarification on certain issues, will have to be given effect to.

Therefore, the parties are at liberty to mention the matter before the same Bench. We are informed that now both the Hon'ble Judges are sitting in different Division Benches.

3 / 3 Therefore, the registry to take steps to seek clarity on the issue, by taking steps in getting an administrative order. 6.
