We have heard the learned Senior Counsel Mr. Aman Hingorani on behalf of the Petitioner and the learned advocate Mr. Vikramaditya Deshmukh on behalf of Respondent no.2. They advanced their submissions in the backdrop of our orders dated 29th July, 2025, 4th September, 2025 and the Administrative order of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court, dated 22nd October, 2025.

Both the parties desire to tender their written submissions in order to cover all the events which may have occurred in the interregnum, prior to today's hearing. Both are united in submitting that they would submit their written notes of arguments within a period of 15 days and the matter may be closed today for orders. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is closed for judgment. Needless to state, we would consider the written notes of arguments of both sides which would be tendered on or before 21st November, 2025 and only thereafter we would deliver the judgment.
