Special Case No. 145 of 2001, arising out of C. R. No. 62 of 2001 dated 25 th September 2001 registered with Anti-Narcotic Cell, Mumbai. 2) Learned A.P.P. on instructions in writing from the Police Inspector attached to Anti-Narcotic Cell, Worli Unit, Crime Branch, Mumbai submitted that, the Petitioner was never arraigned as an accused in the said crime. That, Smt. Geeta Ramesh Sonawane alongwith two other wanted accused, were the accused in the said crime. That, the learned Special Judge of trial Court by its Judgment and Order dated 26th September 2011 1/2
Gitalaxmi 45-wp-2555-2024.doc has acquitted Smt. Geeta Ramesh Sonawane from the said case. 3) In view of the above, the present Petition for quashing of the C. R.
