DATE : 17th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- 1) The previous office noting clearly record that Respondent No.2, who is the original complainant is served but there is no appearance marked and on 27th November, 2024 in order to afford one more opportunity, the proceedings were adjourned.

Even on 19th March, 2025 it was directed that Respondent No.2 shall be informed about the next date of listing through the Investigating Officer.

2) The matter has appeared on the board today and once again, there is no appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2. However, since the matter has appeared without any intimation, we direct it to be listed on 26th 1/2

Similarly, we also direct the Chinchwad police station to serve an intimation to Respondent No.2 of the Writ Petition being taken up for hearing by this Court and if she fail to mark her appearance, the matter shall be heard in her absence and appropriate orders will be passed. 3) Stand over to 26th November, 2025.
