1) At the outset, learned A.P.P. submitted that, after completion of investigation, the Police have reached to a conclusion that, 'C-Summary Report' is to be filed in the present case, before the Court of competent jurisdiction. She on instructions further submitted that, the said Report will be filed within a period of two weeks. The said statement is accepted. 2) In view thereof, the Petition for quashing of F.I.R. No.0242 of 2024, dated 4th March 2024, registered with Hinjewadi Police Station, District Pune, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
