P.C.:- 1) Learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of directions issued by Order dated 4th July 2024, the Petitioners have deposited the said cost of Rs.50,000/- with the Central Police Welfare Fund within stipulated period. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of a praecipe dated 29th July 2024 along with photocopy of counterfoil issued by Bank of Baroda, Branch Gulalwadi, indicating that the Petitioners have deposited the said amount with the concerned Authority. 2) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 4th July 2024 are complied with.
