Smt. Manjusha Parab, Senior Police Inspector, Byculla Police Station, Mumbai has filed an Affidavit dated 10/07/2024 stating the said fact.

2) In view thereof, the Petition for quashing of C.R. No. 755 of 2022 registered with Byculla Police Station, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
