P.C.:- 1) Learned APP, on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been released from jail on 2nd July 2024, as he has been acquitted by the Division Bench of this Court at Aurangabad Bench in Criminal Appeal No.1125 of 2019. 1.1) In view of the above, the Petitioner is having remedy to pursue his grievances as stated in the Petition.

2) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
