By this petition, preferred through the Legal Services Authority, the applicant seeks his release, as according to him, he has attained the age of 65 years and having regard to the Government Resolution dated 10th January, 2006.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the applicant has not attained the age of 65 years till date and hence, the application of the Government Resolution is not arise.

In view of the statement of the learned APP, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. 4.

Needless to state, that it is open for the petitioner or for the authorities to consider the release of the petitioner having regard to the Government Resolution of 2006, as and when, the occasion so arises.
