By the present Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the Petitioner has sought the following substantive reliefs :- "b.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to graciously allow the present Petition and quash the First Information Report registered by the officials of Khopoli Police Station bearing C. R. No. 311 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 341 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 & 25 of Arms Act 1959;"

Mr. Irfan Khan, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, has circulated this Petition on the grounds mentioned in the praecipe Gayatri Shimpi

Mr. Irfan Khan learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, craves leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file discharge application before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Mr. Sukanta Karmarkar, learned APP for the State, does not object to the request made by Mr. Irfan Khan, learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition with the liberty as sought for. In the event any application is filed by the Petitioner before the Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 2731 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
