This Petition is filed for quashing of C.R.No.25 of 2024 registered at Achole Police Station, Mira-Bhayander on 16.01.2024. At the outset, learned APP on instructions states that the Investigating Agency proposes to file "A" summary report before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class. Statement is recorded and accepted. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition. 1/2
