By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to transfer, consolidate and entrust the investigation of complaints / FIR registered against the petitioner ('Exhibit-A' Collectively) to Vartak Nagar Police Station, District Thane or Navghar Police Station, Thane.

On the last date, Mr. Saste, learned Addl.P.P. was directed to take instructions, with respect to the clubbing of FIR's. Pursuant thereto, Mr. Saste has today tendered a report of the Special Inspector General of Police, Maharashtra State, dated 9th July, 2024 addressed to the learned Public Prosecutor. The same is taken on record. Mr. Saste, on instructions states that all the aforesaid cases registered against the petitioner i.e. at Vartak Nagar Police Station, Thane; Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai; Pusad Police Station, District Yavatmal; Navghar Police Station, Thane Gramin; MIDC Andheri Police Station, Mumbai; and Vishram Baug Police Station, District Pune, will be transferred to Shirdi Police Station, Ahmednagar, where already an FIR is pending, in accordance with law and as per the Judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Amish Devgan V/s Union of India1.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Addl.P.P, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.
