3) Mr. Kalel, learned Advocate for Petitioners submitted that, during the pendency of the inquiry under the provisions of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, the Petitioners have deposited their share of alleged misappropriated amount in the account of the Ghatkopar Aditya Cooperative Housing Society Limited by way of demand draft. He drew our attention to photocopies of demand draft annexed at page Nos.49 & 50. 4) Stand over to 6th August 2024.
