Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By the aforesaid petition, the petitioner in the aforesaid petition seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide CR No.675 of 2024 with the Vartak Nagar Police Station, Thane as against the petitioner in the aforesaid petition for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 403, 406, 420, 408, 424 and 427 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned APP has tendered a report of the ACP, Vartak Nagar Division, Thane dated 18th November 2025. From a perusal of the said report, it appears that the police have come to the conclusion after investigation that the dispute is civil in nature and have accordingly decided to close the case.

She states that the said report will be placed before the concerned Magistrate. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP on instructions, nothing survives for the further consideration in the Petition.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
