Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, who make a grievance that the convict/prisoner Sunil Ghode has not yet been categorized despite having undergone 15 years 9 months and 15 days of actual imprisonment.

Learned A.P.P. Dr. Takalkar informed that the proposal of the Petitioner is under consideration before the State Government and she therefore request that the matter maybe notified after three weeks.

At her request, re-notify to 02.09.2024.
