1) Mr. Bhujbal, learned Advocate for Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 2nd September 2024 the Petitioners and Respondent No.2 have deposited the said cost of Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.25,000/- respectively with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund within the stipulated period. A praecipe dated 18th September 2024 along with original counterfoils issued by Canara Bank, Mumbai Main Branch indicating that, the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.25,000/- respectively are deposited in the account of the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund.

2) In view thereof, the directions issued by this Court by Order dated 2nd September 2024 are complied with.

3) Remove from board.
