1) Mr. Datta Mane, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 3rd July 2024, the Petitioners in Criminal Writ Petition No.2841 of 2024, have deposited the said cost of Rs.65,000/- with Central Police Welfare Fund within a stipulated period. He tendered across the bar a praecipe dated 30th July 2024 along with a photocopy of UPI 1/2

RVC 4 Wp-2843-2024.doc transaction receipt issued by Axis Bank, indicating that, an amount of Rs.65,000/- is transferred to the account of Central Police Welfare Fund. 2) Mr. Shreyas Choudhari, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 3rd July 2024, the Petitioners in Criminal Writ Petition No.2843 of 2024, have deposited the said cost of Rs.15,000/- with Central Police Welfare Fund within a stipulated period. He tendered across the bar a praecipe dated 30th July 2024 along with a photocopy of UPI transaction receipt issued by Axis Bank, indicating that, an amount of Rs.15,000/- is transferred to the account of Central Police Welfare Fund.

3) In view thereof, directions issued by Order dated 3rd July 2024, are complied with by the Petitioners in respective Petitions. 4) Remove from board.
