P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 27th August 2024, the Petitioners have deposited the said cost of Rs.1,05,000/- with Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund within stipulated period. He produced on record a photocopy of bank account statement of Petitioner No.7 indicating that, on 2nd September 2024, the amount of Rs.1,05,000/- has been transferred in the account of Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund.

2) In view thereof, directions issued by Order dated 27th August 2024 are complied with.

3) Remove from board.
